Kristopher E. Fernandez has been practicing in various areas of real estate law since 1992, including residential and commercial real estate transactions and closings; representing sellers, buyers, and lenders in real estate transactions; issuing title insurance; handling mortgage foreclosure lawsuits,  partition and quiet title lawsuits, easements and boundary disputes, and other matters involving title to real estate; and residential and commercial landlord-tenant cases, including evictions and lease preparations.

Kristopher is one of only 461 attorneys currently certified as a real estate specialist by the Florida Bar.  He served for six years as either the Chairman or the Vice-chairman of the Title Insurance committee of the Florida Bar-Real Property Section

Kristopher is a Tampa native, and returned to Tampa to practice law after having served in the U.S. Navy Judge Advocate General’s Corp for four years. Kristopher is a 1986 graduate of the University of Florida College of Law.
